Troika TKT prep Course | An exclusive course for Troika Members

Course aim: The aim of this course is to prepare participants to take the TKT exam. It is not a language development course.

By the end of the course, participants will be ready to take the 3 TKT core modules plus the CLIL and YLs specialist modules.

To join the course, participants must already be at B1 proficiency level.

Course admission process: To be accepted on the course, candidates must submit the following:

· a 1-2-minute video, including candidate's introduction and a brief summary of his/her teaching experience

· a short piece of writing (100-150 words), including candidate's expectations for the course

The video and the piece of writing must be emailed to info@troikabr.com by January 6, 2021 .

Course schedule: The TKT prep course will be held on Fridays, 9-11 am, starting on 01/15/2021 and ending on 04/16/2021.

Please bear in mind that there is a limit of 10 participants in the group, so spaces will be filled on a first come first serve basis.

Workload: The course includes a total of 24 synchronous online contact hours. Lessons have the duration of 2 hours and will be held once a week. Candidates are expected to set aside at least another 2 hours per week for homework and further exam practice.

Material: All course materials will be provided by Troika.

Exam dates: TKT tests happen all year round. Check dates available at the center where you intend to do the test.

The course fee is payable by credit card and can be paid in up to 12 installments.

General information:

· Lessons will be recorded and made available for 2 weeks (15 days) for participants to watch in case they need to miss any of the lessons. After this period, the recorded lessons will no longer be available.

· Lessons will be held on Zoom.
