Bilingual Education - What you need to know - Online

In this course, we will analyse the conceptions, legislation and problems of bilingual education proposals that are developed in Brazil. Therefore, we will examine the monoglossic and heteroglossic conceptions of language in order to understand the constitution of the bilingual subject. Furthermore, we will discuss the pedagogical possibilities from a heteroglossic and intercultural vision of bilingual education.

Tutor? Antonieta Megale holds a PhD in Applied Linguistics from Unicamp. He did a doctoral internship at the University of Viadrina / Germany. Master in Applied Linguistics from PUC/SP. Graduated in pedagogy and social communication. She is currently a professor at the Graduate Program in Letters at UNIFESP and is undertaking a post-doctoral internship at PUC/SP.
