Ulisses Wehby de Carvalho has been a Conference Interpreter for 27 years and has worked in a booth for over 2500 days. He was professor of conference interpretation at Associação Alumni, UNIBERO, EPICourse, in São Paulo, and at the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey (MIIS), in California. Ulisses is a member of ABRATES (Brazilian Association of Translators) and APIC (Professional Association of Conference Interpreters), of which he was president from 2009 to 2011. He is the author of four books: "Learn English with Humor" and "O Inglês na Marca do Pênalti", both by Disal Editora, in addition to the "Dictionary of Misleading Words in English" and the "Dictionary of Most Common Mistakes in English", launched by Editora Campus/Elsevier. He is responsible for the educational website www.teclasap.com.br and the Tecla SAP channel with Ulisses Carvalho on YouTube.
